The research of a young Indologist from Uzbekistan in the field of science has been recognized by Indian government

A delegation of Indologists from Uzbekistan successfully took part in the XII World Hindi Conference, held in the Republic of Fiji on February 15-17.
At this prestigious event, which brought together Indologists from twenty-five countries of the world, the head of the department of the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, PhD. Nilufar Khodjaeva was awarded the Vishva Hindi Samman (Pride of the Indian World) award for her great contribution to the development of the Hindi language in Uzbekistan.
In the past, it should be noted, that this award was also awarded to orientalists – diplomat and Indologist Fatih Teshaboev (1999), Indologist Professor Ozod Shomatov (2003) and Indologist Professor Ulfat Mukhibova (2007).
