Annex 1 (pages 6–7) to the Resolution No. 362 of the Cabinet of Ministers on introducing amendments to the Resolution No. VM-304 “On measures for further improvement of the postgraduate education system”
• Doctoral students who fail to fulfill their individual research plans shall be expelled from the basic doctoral or doctoral program by the decision of the Collegial Body and shall not be reinstated.
• Academic supervisors and consultants of doctoral students and independent researchers who fail to fulfill their individual research plans shall have their remuneration for supervision and consultation suspended by decision of the Collegial Body. Additionally, they shall be disqualified from providing academic supervision for a period of one year.
• Based on monitoring results, if three or more researchers in the same specialization consecutively fail to defend their dissertations within the established deadlines, the postgraduate education program in that specialization shall be suspended each year in March in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.
