On August 11, 2023, an international roundtable discussion was organized by the Development Strategy Center in cooperation with the UN Office in Uzbekistan, due to the fact that the project of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy is being widely discussed.
In this roundtable discussion, the measures implemented in Uzbekistan within the framework of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the UN, in particular, reducing poverty, ending hunger, ensuring health and well-being, and establishing quality education in the country, ensuring the well-being of the population by achieving sustainable economic growth, achieving gender equality, issues of clean water and sanitation, and issues of cooperation for sustainable development were discussed in detail together with foreign experts. The heads of international organizations, special representatives of the UN, and with a special invitation, the Rector of TSUOS G. Rikhsieva and the Head of the International rankings department N. Imamova attended the event.
