Visit of a group of students of Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies to the boarding house of war and labor veterans under the Agency of Medical and Social Services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Generosity and kindness are among the virtues of our people. Our people have always extended a helping hand to people in need. In order to continue this tradition, a group of students from the Faculty of Oriental Philology of TSIOS, led by the head of the Youth Union, visited the boarding house of war and labor veterans of the Agency of Medical and Social Services of the Ministry of Health. The boarding house is home for more than 155 single, elderly people in need of care, war and labor veterans with disabilities. Of course, it is the duty of all of us as children to cherish these people and alleviate their burdens. Active students of the faculty in order to learn about their condition and give them a little love, who embodied such good qualities, presented a concert program prepared by them and handed out gifts. At the end of the event, the head of the boarding house, on his own behalf and on behalf of the elderly people, expressed his gratitude and awarded a letter of appreciation for the administration of TSIOS.
