On January 26 of this year, a memorial evening and book presentation dedicated to Navoi scientist, Oriental scholar, academician Azizkhan Qayumov was held at the Institute of Oriental Studies named after Abu Rayhan Beruni Academia of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The event was attended by scientists of the University, followers of Academician Qayumov, headed by the rector of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies G. Rikhsiyeva, in memory of the teacher. During the event, the speakers spoke about the long-term work of the master, his productive activities, the scientific heritage that he left for the Navoists and Orientalists of today. During his lifetime, his attention to the shogirts was instilled by the assembled.
