Diplomatic school for students
On 24th of November 2018, was held a meeting with well-known diplomat-orientalist S.M.Mirqosimov and his spouse N.K.Mirzayeva in which took part the students of the direction of international relations. The diplomat devoted his lecture to the analysis of the peculiarities of working in embassies and consulates. He told in detail specificities of the work of the diplomats, hardships of diplomatic and consular services. S.M.Mirkosimov made a special emphasis on responsibility of international affairs expert for the fortunes of the country. He also told about the direct relation of the image of the diplomat and the image of the country, which she/he presents: “The path of the diplomat to the summit of the career is hard, thorny. The work of the diplomat demands from her/him flexibility, erudition and ability to explain clear and correct own mind. The main feature of the diplomat is: responsibility, patriotism, high cultural and educational level, knowledge of the psychology of the people, patience, good knowledge of the host country…”. The students asked several questions and thanked S.M.Mirqosimov for interesting and informative lecture.
