Short-term training courses for hotel and service industry professionals in Rishton district have been successfully completed
Within the framework of the course titled “Factors and Mechanisms of Professional Image Formation of Employees in the Service Sector,” 400 specialists working in the hotel and service industries in the district gained new knowledge and practical skills. During the training, special emphasis was placed on professional image, service culture, and effective communication with customers.
At the end of the courses, all participants received certificates in accordance with the established procedures. These courses aim to improve service quality, strengthen personnel capacity, and promote tourism development in the region.
