A professional training course on building a professional image for specialists in the hotel and service industries has been launched in Rishtan
In order to implement the tasks outlined in Clause 4 of the control plan for the execution of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-440 dated December 16, 2024, “On Measures to Ensure the Socio-Economic Development of the Fergana Region and Further Improve the Investment and Business Environment,” a working group led by Ch. Khusanov, Head of the Tourism Department of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, launched training sessions on December 12 of the current year. The short-term training course, entitled “Factors and Mechanisms for Forming the Professional Image of Service Industry Employees,” is intended for specialists in the hotel and service sectors of Rishtan district.
The aim of the course is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge on modern approaches, factors, and mechanisms for forming, maintaining, and developing the professional image of service sector employees.
Training sessions were conducted by Shohzoda Abdullayeva, a first-year master’s student of the Tourism Department and a leading sales specialist at Mercure Tashkent West Hotel, on the topics “Strategies for Strengthening Professional Image in the Service Process” and “Mechanisms for Forming a Professional Image.”
