It should be noted that Festival Handai Indonesia (FHI) is a prestigious international competition organized by the Language Development and Fostering Agency under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia. The event is held for foreigners who can speak Indonesian and have an understanding of Indonesia’s civilization, society, and culture.
