Associate Professor Jumali Shabanov of the TSUOS participated in Navruz celebrations in Turkey
On March 21–22, 2026, a series of cultural events were held in Istanbul and Bursa (Turkey) under the slogan “Glorifying Navruz means glorifying humanity!” These events were organized in cooperation with the SCO Public Diplomacy Center in Uzbekistan, the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Istanbul, the Uzbekistan Culture, Solidarity and Cooperation Society in Turkey, the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan, and the Yunus Rajabi Uzbek National Institute of Musical Art.
The events were attended by representatives of the public from both countries, figures of culture and art, as well as Uzbek compatriots residing in Turkey. Associate Professor Jumali Shabanov of the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies also actively participated in these events.
