An event dedicated to Rayhon Beruni’s life and work was held on the occasion of the 1050th anniversary of the birth of Rayhon Beruni, an initiative of the “Research Center for Oriental Culture and Heritage Research” under the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies. This event was attended by eminent scientists, representatives of the field, and students and young people interested in scholarly work. In particular, the deputy director of the Institute of Oriental Studies named after Abu Rayhan Beruni of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan S. Karimova, leading researcher B. Karimov. F. Djumanyozova, Professor B. Torayev, Chief Advisor of the Imam Bukhari International Scientific Research Center under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and professors of TSUOS M. Ishakov, Q. Narimanov and A. Allambergenov spoke about the scientific legacy of Abu Rayhon Beruni.
