The teaching staff of TSUOS took part in the International Event “30th Anniversary of relations between Turkey and Uzbekistan based on common history and culture”
Today, the Development Strategy Center, joint with the Information and Communications Department under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Turkey, hosted an international conference on the topic “30th anniversary of relations between Turkey and Uzbekistan based on a common history and culture.”
The event was attended by employees of ministries and departments of the two countries, the Institute for Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, specialists of research institutes, representatives of leading Mass media, international organizations and the diplomatic corps, as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Turkology of the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies J. Shabanov and Associate professor of the Department “History, Culture, Politics and Economics of the Turkic peoples” M.Mirzaev.
At the event, leading experts of the two countries discussed in detail the current state and prospects of relations between Uzbekistan and Turkey, mutually beneficial bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
