TSUOS Vice-Rector Sh. Mirziyoyev is participating in the “Uzbekistan Days” festival taking place in Saudi Arabia.
On October 6, 2025, the Vice-Rector of the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS), Sh. Mirziyatov, took part in the organizational work and welcoming of delegations within the framework of the “Days of Uzbekistan” Festival held in Saudi Arabia.
During the visit, Sh. Mirziyoyatov met with Abdullah Khalid Az-Zoyid, Head of the Department of Scientific Research and Archival Affairs of the King Abdulaziz Al Saud Foundation.
During the meeting, he proposed establishing cooperation with the Department of Translation Studies of our university in translating and publishing novels, stories, and short stories by Uzbek and Arab writers into Arabic and Uzbek languages.
The parties also expressed their intention to work on the basis of a roadmap through the signing of a memorandum of mutual cooperation.
