The Pomegranate Festival was Held at TSUOS

On November 20, 2024, the Pomegranate Festival was held at TSUOS within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals – Goal 2: “End Hunger, Achieve Food Security and Improved Nutrition, and Promote Sustainable Agriculture.”
The event was attended by employees of the Heydar Aliyev Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Baku restaurant, artist Muhammed Ahmedov, as well as professors and students of the Higher School of Turkology. During the festival, the students presented interesting information about pomegranates.
Additionally, various competitions were held during the event, such as quickly and cleanly peeling pomegranates, preparing pomegranate salad, drawing pomegranate images, performing national dances, and reciting poems. At the end of the festival, the winners were presented with certificates of appreciation and souvenir gifts.
