TSUOS hosted an international scientific-practical conference titled “Silk Road: Cooperation through the Prism of Tourism.”
On October 11, 2024, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies hosted the second day of the international scientific-practical conference titled “Silk Road: Cooperation through the Prism of Tourism,” organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Committee for Tourism of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Research Institute for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
At the second session of the conference held at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, the topic discussed was: “The Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Silk Road: Current Issues and Research Prospects.”
During the conference, several major research projects focused on analyzing tourism trends and developing growth strategies were discussed.
