“Career Day” Job Fair Held at TSUOS
Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies hosted a “Career Day” job fair, where:
• Over 50 state institutions participated, including: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade, Ministry of Preschool and School Education, Center for Islamic Civilization under the Cabinet of Ministers, Youth Affairs Agency, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Committee for Tourism, Executive Committee of O‘zLiDeP, Central Council of the Democratic Party “Milliy Tiklanish”, Political Council of the Social Democratic Party “Adolat”, People’s Democratic Party, Ecological Party of Uzbekistan, Central Asia International Institute, Abu Rayhan Beruni Institute of Oriental Studies, Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President, Uzbekistan Airways, O‘zmilliybank JSC, editorial office of “Yoshlar ovozi” newspaper, and employment centers and schools from Shaykhantahur, Sergeli, and Yunusabad districts.
• Over 50 private and joint companies, including: “Bering Servis Company”, “IT-PARK Uzbekistan”, “TEXNOPARK” LLC, “ZIYARAH-TRAVEL” LLC, KOICA, “Akela Group Machinery”, Ziraat Bank, TIKA, “Shayana Farm” LLC, Target Business and IT School, “Nokhost Transport Solution”, “HOTEL PRO” LLC, “ASIA LUX TRAVEL” LLC, Uzbekistan Hotel Association, Hotel Asia Tashkent LLC, and many others.
In total, more than 300 job vacancies were presented, and over 600 graduating students submitted their resumes and had interviews with employers.
In 2025, a total of 1,346 oriental studies specialists are expected to graduate from TSUOS, including 1,209 bachelor’s and 137 master’s degree students.
