A motivational conversation on the topic “Basics of polyglotism and leadership” was held at TSUOS
Today, a motivational interview on the topic “Polyglotism and the basics of leadership” was held at TSUOS with the participation of university graduate Alimbayev Murodilla, advisor to the chairman of the Central Election Commission. Durbek Sayfullayev, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations of the university, and Jumali Shabanov, dean of the Faculty of Turkic Studies, told the students about Murodilla Alimbayev’s restless character. The dialogue was mainly based on questions and answers. Answering the question of the students, M. Alimbayev urged them to never lose their activeness and to always live forward in life. During the interview, university graduate Murodilla Alimbayev answered the students’ questions about language learning and leadership skills. Also, in the interview, he shared his experience about the importance of leadership skills in intellectual competitions, the ability to convince and lead the team is the basis for victory.
