Seminar-Training on “Scopus: Search and Bibliometric Analysis” at TSUOS
On December 2, 2025, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, in cooperation with the Research and Innovation Department and the Center for Linguistics, held a seminar-training on “Scopus: Search and Bibliometric Analysis.” The event was conducted as a tandem by Professor Shoira Usmanova (Doctor of Philological Sciences) and Associate Professor Nodir Karimov (Doctor of Historical Sciences).
The seminar — organized in a lively, debate-style format — saw active participation from university doctoral candidates, postgraduate researchers, independent scholars, and master’s students. Participants received detailed answers to their questions regarding literature search and bibliometric methods for evaluating scientific output.
