In TSUOS, a seminar-training on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity was held
As part of a series of seminars and training sessions organized for faculty members during the winter academic season of 2025-2026, the TSUOS hosted another scientific and practical event dedicated to modern issues of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
The event focused on the role of modern digital technologies in education and scientific research, the effective use of AI tools, and ensuring information security in the digital environment.
Specialists from the Cyber University State University participated in the seminar. In particular, the leading expert of the university, Dovlat Yor Minglyev, delivered a lecture on “Using Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Research,” providing detailed information about the practical capabilities of AI technologies, their role in improving research efficiency, and principles of responsible application.
Additionally, Izzat Shukhratovich Akhilov, a leading specialist from Cyber University State University, gave a lecture on “Fundamentals of Cybersecurity.” The lecture covered issues related to information security in the digital environment, prevention of cyber threats, and developing users’ skills for safe work.
It is especially noteworthy that the introduction and development of information technologies and artificial intelligence — the main drivers of digital transformation — were acknowledged as strategic priorities in the message of the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, delivered to the Parliament and the nation at the end of 2025.
This seminar played a crucial role in enhancing digital competencies of faculty members, implementing innovative approaches in education and scientific activities, and ensuring the safe and efficient use of modern technologies.
