Lecture Sessions by a Professor from the University of Tehran Held at TSUOS
From April 21 to 25, 2025, lecture sessions by Professor Mahmoud Ja’fari Dehaqi from the University of Tehran were held at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies.
The lecture series, titled “Ancient Iranian Languages,” was attended by university professors, field specialists, doctoral candidates, and master’s students.
Lectures were delivered and text analyses were conducted on topics such as the history and linguistics of Iranian languages, written sources from the Achaemenid era, the language and literature of the Avesta, the Pahlavi language and literature, and the Bactrian language and literature.
At the end of the lecture series, participants were awarded certificates.
