A seminar-training on “Occupational Safety at the University: A Safe Working Environment” was held at TSUOS
On July 2, 2025, a seminar-training titled “Occupational Safety at the University: A Safe Working Environment” was held at the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies in cooperation with the Trade Union and the Department of Civil and Labor Protection for university staff members.
The event was attended by Trade Union Chairman Ch. Kodirov, Head of the Department of Civil and Labor Protection Sh. Jurayev, and department engineer G. Habibullayeva. The attendees were provided with detailed information about workplace safety rules, labor protection standards, health and safety measures, the importance of occupational safety, and precautions to follow during work activities.
In addition, the staff members were introduced to several regulatory documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan related to labor protection. They received comprehensive information on their legal rights and responsibilities. Indeed, creating safe working conditions helps prevent workplace accidents.
