Scientific-Spiritual Event “Legacy of Mentors: Values and Traditions” Held at TSUOS
On May 24, 2025, a spiritual and educational event titled “Legacy of Mentors: Values and Traditions” was held by the School of Iranian and Afghan Studies at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies
During the event, experienced professors in the field of Oriental studies delivered inspiring lectures rich in scientific, historical, and spiritual content, which evoked pride and motivation among the youth.
In their speeches, the speakers deeply discussed the heritage of mentorship, traditions of academic schools, the developmental stages of Iranian and Afghan studies, and modern educational approaches aligned with current global demands.
As part of the program, a video titled “Everlasting Memories” was presented. The event was organized to continue the mentor–disciple tradition, honor the scholarly legacy of Orientalist mentors, and foster a sense of pride and respect among students.
