Representatives of “Oukaway” LLC visited TSUOS
On September 24, 2025, the rector of Oukaway LLC, Abror Madimarov, and Takai Kenta, the Central Asia Program Manager of Japan’s Ajibiz recruiting company, visited Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies. The purpose of the meeting was to establish cooperation between the university and Japanese companies, as well as to discuss creating favorable conditions for prospective specialists to undertake paid internships and professional activities in Japan’s leading companies.
At the beginning of the meeting, A. Madimarov expressed gratitude for the reception and noted that fields such as international economic relations, tourism and hospitality, international relations, engineering and technology, and business management are considered promising directions for internships in advanced Japanese companies.
It was noted that currently talented students from Indonesia, Nepal, Mongolia, Taiwan, and several other countries are being invited to paid internship programs in Japan lasting from 4 months to 1 year. Depending on the field, Japanese language proficiency is required at levels ranging from N4 to N2.
In this regard, it was proposed to involve TSUOS students proficient in Japanese in 6-month internship programs in Japanese companies according to their specialties. Prior to this, online interviews with employers will be organized, and students who pass successfully will undergo a one-month adaptation course in Japan. Upon completion of the internship, talented graduates will have the opportunity to start their professional careers at the place of practice.
In addition, it was mentioned that graduates fluent in Japanese have the opportunity to be employed in Japanese companies. Depending on their specialization, they may work in insurance organizations, tourism, and international trade companies. A. Madimarov also stated that he would provide the university with information about available vacancies to be announced to students.
The meeting also discussed the organization of student internships in Japan and the employment of graduates in Japanese companies.
