A delegation of Saudi Arabia visited TSUOS
On November 27, 2023, a delegation led by the President of King Saud University of Saudi Arabia, Badron al-Umar, visited the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies. During the visit of the delegation of King Saud University to TSUOS, as a result of the negotiations between the two higher education institutions, a memorandum on cooperation between the two higher education institutions in the field of academic education and scientific research and its implementation was concluded, roadmap signed. This memorandum between Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies and King Saud University was the first bilateral cooperation document signed between higher education institutions of Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia. For information, King Saud University, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, was founded by Saud bin Abdulaziz in 1957, and almost all crown princes, members of the king’s and minister’s families studied at this institution. King Saud University has a high international reputation and is ranked 203rd in the world.
