THE RENAISSANCE OF THE TEMURIDS: History, Research and Challenges
On April 9, 2025, a scientific-practical conference titled “THE RENAISSANCE OF THE TEMURIDS: History, Research and Challenges” was held at the State Museum of the History of the Timurids, in honor of the 689th anniversary of the birth of the great commander Amir Temur.
The conference brought together leading historians and source studies scholars who delivered presentations emphasizing Amir Temur’s exceptional role in world history and the multifaceted, unparalleled nature of his legacy.
The event also featured presentations by Rector of the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, G. Rikhsiyeva, and faculty members from the university.
