A memorial evening dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the birth of Ubaydulla Uvatov and a book presentation
On March 18, 2026, a memorial evening dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the birth of Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Ubaydulla Uvatov, as well as the presentation of the book “Munavvar hayot va ilm sohibi”, was held at the Amir Temur Museum.
Professors and teachers of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies also actively participated in the event and highly appreciated the scholar’s contribution to the development of science.
During the event, special recognition was given to the scholar’s rich academic legacy, his invaluable contribution to the development of national historiography, as well as his work as a mentor. Warm remarks were delivered about the professor’s scientific activity, personal qualities, and his role in educating students.
