The sixth meeting of the TSUOS University Council was held
On January 30, 2025, the 6th meeting of the University Council was held.
The meeting discussed the implementation of decisions by the President and Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, as well as decisions and orders of the Council.
Additionally, in accordance with the tradition of the Scientific Council, faculty and staff were congratulated on their jubilee anniversaries.
During the meeting, an analytical report on the results of the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, to the UAE was presented, along with discussions on organizing the spring semester for the 2024/2025 academic year, the evaluation of the fall semester, and the results of DA exams conducted in January 2024 for students admitted to the master’s program in January 2022.
Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 24, 2019, No. 1030, on the procedure for paying additional allowances to employees with scientific degrees in scientific, educational, and labor organizations in the fields of science and education, proposals were reviewed for the payment of additional allowances to the professors and staff with scientific degrees at TSUOS.
Moreover, information was provided about the implementation of the order of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, dated January 9, 2024, No. 6, and the approval of academic plans and programs for the theoretical-methodological courses for doctoral students admitted in 2025, as well as the topics and roadmaps of their specialties.
