INFORMATION ABOUT THE STAFF
OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION DEPARTMENT OF TASHKENT STATE UNIVERSITY OF ORIENTAL STUDIES
The Department of International Cooperation is directly supervised by the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of the University. The staff consists of the head of the Department and four employees.
Avazmuhammad Muhsinov has been the head of the International Cooperation Department of TSUOS since December 2019.
Muhsinov was born on November 24, 1976 in Samarkand. In 1993 he entered the Department of International Economic Relations, Faculty of Economics, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies on the basis of a state grant. He successfully graduated the university in 1998. In 1999-2002 he carried out his postgraduate studies on the specialty of “Economy of Foreign Countries” in TSUOS. During 2002-2010 he worked as a lecturer at the “International Economic Relations” department.
In July-December 2019, he successfully completed a 6-month master’s degree course in Professional Management Program (PMP) under Uzbek-Japanese Center for Human Resource Development (UJC).

Since April 2021,B.Khayrullaev has been working a methodist of the Department of International Cooperation of TSUOS.
B.Khayrullaev was born on February 8, 1993 in the city of Zarafshan, Navoi region. In 2018, he successfully graduated from the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies with a degree in “World politics, history and philosophy”.
In 2018-2019 was leading specialist in investment, innovation, assistance to privatized enterprises, small industrial zones and tourism development of the government of the city of Navoi.
In 2019-2020 was Leading specialist in investment, innovation, assistance to privatized enterprises, small industrial zones and tourism development of the government of the city of Zarafshan, Navoi region.
In 2019-2020 was Chief specialist of the investment and foreign trade department of the government of the city of Zarafshan, Navoi region.
Since April 2021 he is a methodist of the Department of International Cooperation of TSUOS.
Since January 2021, Shakhzod Amrillayev has been working as the secretary at the reception of the vice-rector for international affairs of the Tashkent State University of Oriental.
Shakhzod Amrillaev was born on March 29, 2001 in the Kitab district of Kashkadarya region in a family of servants. Since 2019, he has been studying at the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies “Eastern Civilization and History”. (History of the peoples of Central Asia) in the form of evening training.
Since January 2021, Shakhzod Amrillayev has been working as the secretary at the reception of the vice-rector for international affairs of the Tashkent State University of Oriental
