INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS OF TASHKENT STATE UNIVERSITY OF ORIENTAL STUDIES
Today, international cooperation has become one of the strategic priorities of higher education institutions. In line with this principle, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies actively develops strong partnerships in the fields of education, science, and culture with leading universities and research institutions around the world.
To date, the university has signed bilateral cooperation agreements with over 150 foreign organizations, universities, and research centers. The geographical scope of these partnerships extends from Turkey to Europe and Southeast Asia, reflecting TSUOS’s growing reputation in the global educational landscape.
Within the framework of international collaboration, the university implements a wide range of initiatives, including joint educational programs (double degree), faculty and student exchange, professional development, academic conferences, internships, collaborative research projects, cultural exchanges, and more. In particular, joint programs with foreign universities provide students with the opportunity to gain valuable international academic experience.
Each year, TSUOS hosts hundreds of international guests-ambassadors, delegations, professors, and representatives of academic communities. These visits further strengthen global cooperation and lead to the launch of new mutually beneficial projects.
In addition to academic and scientific cooperation, cultural relations with international partners are also actively developed. Various international festivals, events, and scholarly meetings are regularly organized. These initiatives not only enhance the knowledge and potential of students but also contribute to shaping a positive image of Uzbekistan in the international arena.
