International Education Issues Discussed at Westminster International University
On March 3–4, 2026, the leadership and faculty members of the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies participated in an international symposium titled “Inclusivity in the Context of Quality Assurance and Development” held at Westminster International University in Tashkent. During the event, higher education leaders and experts discussed issues related to expanding transnational education, ensuring the quality and openness of education, and achieving effective outcomes for students and society.
The symposium was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Westminster International University in Tashkent, the British Council in Uzbekistan, and the TNE Good Practice Network. The event served as a logical continuation of cooperation within the framework of the Uzbekistan–UK education forums.
On the second day of the symposium, participants visited higher education institutions in Tashkent that implement transnational education programs.
