Hindi in Eurasia and India: Present & Future
Professor Ulfathon Muhibova of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies participated in the regional conference on “The Present and Future of the Hindi Language in Eurasia and India”, held at Al-Farabi University in Kazakhstan from March 12 to 15, 2024, at the invitation of the Embassy of India.
The conference brought together Indologists from CIS countries – Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan, as well as scholars from India. The discussions focused on three main areas: linguistics, literary studies, and language teaching methodology.
At the conference, Professor Ulfathon Muhibova chaired the Literary Studies section and presented her paper on “Medieval Hindi Literature”.
