Within the framework of the Fifth Forum of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of Uzbekistan and Japan held in Samarkand, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies and the University of Tsukuba (Japan) signed a memorandum of mutual cooperation aimed at developing collaboration in the fields of education and scientific research.
