A series of online courses on Japanese economics has been organized at TSUV together with the Kansai University of Japan.
On February 9, 2021, a series of online courses on Japanese economics, organized by the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies jointly with the Kansai University of Japan, was launched.
Online courses are held under the Partnership Agreement signed between the universities in December 2019.
Kansai University professor Masahiro Tokunag will lecture on topics such as Japan’s Economy in the Era of Globalization, Japan’s Investment Policy, Corporate Management in Japan, Japan’s Economy in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Japan’s Economic Policy and Financial institutions and banking in Japan. ”
This is the second such event with a Japanese higher education institution this academic year. In particular, in October last year, a series of lectures on the topic “Japanese financial system” was organized, which was delivered by Hachiro Yamamoto, a Japanese specialist who held executive positions at UBS Bank, BNP Paribas, Dresdner Bank AG, Union Bank of Switzerland.
It should be noted that 76 students are currently studying the Japanese economy within the walls of the university. In the educational process at the Faculty of Japanese Studies, three specialist philologists from Japan are involved.
As it was reported earlier, the educational direction “Japanese Studies” at the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies has existed for 30 years and a comprehensive training of specialists is carried out here.
