TSUOS HOSTED THE 29TH REPUBLICAN SPEECH CONTEST IN JAPANESE.
On April 17, 2021, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies hosted the 29th Republican Speech Contest in Japanese.
In his introductory remarks, Yoshinori Fujiyama, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Uzbekistan, who chaired the competition, said: “I am very pleased that so many students in Uzbekistan are learning Japanese. I hope that today the contestants will be able to fully demonstrate the results of their daily training. Participating in such competitions will definitely be a great experience for you young Japanese scholars, ”he said.
Asadbek Jamoliddinov, a first-year student of the Faculty of Japanese Studies at Tashkent State University of Economics and Business, won a ticket to the Central Asian competition in the Japanese language and was rewarded with gifts.
Students of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Tashkent State University of Economics, Tashkent State Law University, Uzbek State University of World Languages, Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, Karakalpak State University and others took part in the competition. Students of TSUOS Academic Lyceum, Uzbek-Japanese Center (UJC), and Noriko Training Center participated.
