A seminar workshop was organized at the Customs Committee for graduating students of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies
Graduating students of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies took part in the event. The event was also attended by U. Pirmukhamedova, advisor to the Chairman of the Customs Committee, as well as heads of relevant departments.
The meeting was held in cooperation with career centers of higher education institutions. Students were provided with detailed information about the advantages of serving in customs authorities, as well as the openness and transparency of the system’s activities. Special attention was paid to increasing young people’s interest in the field.
During the event, videos about the activities of the Customs Committee were shown, and an open dialogue was organized in the form of a roundtable discussion. In particular, department head F. Olimjonov delivered a presentation on the activities of customs authorities, the conditions created for employees, and the requirements for joining the service.
At the end of the meeting, students became closely acquainted with the activities of the Central Customs Laboratory and the Customs Clearance Center.
Such meetings play an important role in helping young people choose a profession and contribute to increasing interest in the customs system.
