The next event within the SDG month
On April 6, 2023, a roundtable discussion was organized within the United Nations “Sustainable Development Goals” month at the initiative of the “Foreign Economic Activity and Tourism” department.
In the round discussion, Shiraz Khan, senior lecturer of Jamia Millia University of India, participated with a lecture “SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth”, associate professors of the department Azizova Nazira Tokhtayevna and Vokhidova Mehri Hasanovna participated with a lecture on “Offshores and their relevance in the context of sustainable development: contradictions”.
The roundtable discussion analyzed measures to ensure decent work in conditions of sustainable development, measures being taken to ensure decent work in India, key indicators of ensuring economic growth, offshore regions and their role in conditions of sustainable development.
