Today, September 8, the next 14th summit of female leaders of the parliaments of the member states of the Inter-Parliamentary Union began its work.
The Tashkent summit was attended by women-speakers of the UN, Inter-Parliamentary Union and chambers of parliaments of member countries, heads of international organizations such as the Parliamentary Assembly of the organization for security and cooperation in Europe, more than 120 representatives of Parliament from 17 countries.
In it, with a special offer, the rector of TSUOS G. Rikhsiyeva and head of the Department of Iranian-Afghan philology H. Mirzakhmedovas took part.
At the summit, TSUOS students participate as volunteer translators.
