Mental Health Secrets
On the occasion of October 10, 2023 World Mental Health Day, professors and tutors in collaboration with psychologist of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies B. Kalonova and employees of the “Oriental” psychological service center H. Jabborov, R. Khaydarova, D. Botirova, R. Bakhtiyorov organized seminar-training on the topic “6 keys to mental health”.
It is true that a person’s mental health is as important as his physical health, and that mental health conditions are as real as physical illnesses, and that a person can feel fully healthy and socially active only when he is mentally healthy information was provided.
Psychotrainings on mental health were conducted during the seminar-training.
