Psychological stability in working with students
On September 23, 2023, TSUOS psychologist B.Kalonova organized a seminar training on “Methods of ensuring psychological stability during work with students” with the participation of faculty tutors, who are responsible for having a positive effect on students’ extracurricular activities and their psychological state. She shared her opinions about the problems in students’ lives, their mental state, and the culture of dealing with students. During the seminar training, the tutors analyzed their activities using the SWOT analysis method and talked about their shortcomings and achievements. In addition to this, the psychologist emphasized that it is possible to correctly assess complex situations and quickly recover from a depressed state through stress management, and the necessary recommendations were given by her.
