Scientific seminar between TSUOS and St.Petersburg State University
On December 24, 2022, a scientific seminar was held between representatives of the Oriental Faculty of St. Petersburg State University and Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies. The main purpose of the event is to get to know and coordinate scientific activities in higher education institutions of the two countries.
At the event, the parties made presentations in the fields of Arabic studies, Turkic studies and Chinese studies. At the end of the event, it was agreed to further expand bilateral cooperation. It is also planned to continue the meetings in this format in 2023, to organize internships for students, to invite lecturers, and to coordinate the activities of scientific publications.
