Seminar on International Rankings: Strengthening Cooperation among HEIs
On September 27, 2024, a seminar titled “Strategies for Higher Education Institutions: Navigating International Rankings” was held. The event brought together representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Erasmus+ National Office, the Head of the International Rankings Department of TSUOS N. Imamova, and other leading universities.
The aim of the seminar was to enhance university positions in international rankings (QS, THE, ARWU), promote the exchange of best practices, and develop institutional strategies.
During the presentations, participants discussed topics such as research quality, teaching effectiveness, global cooperation, and the integration of the SDGs into higher education development plans.
This seminar marked an important step toward strengthening sustainable cooperation between higher education institutions and achieving long-term academic success.
