TSUOS Faculty Members Held Meetings with Senior School Students in Several Secondary Schools of Parkent District
On November 21, 2025, faculty members of the Department of History and Anthropology of Eastern Countries at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS) held meetings with senior students of Secondary Schools No. 1, 2, and 3 in Parkent District. The event was organized in cooperation with the school administration and history teachers.
During the meetings, students were provided with detailed information about the activities of the department, the importance of scientific research, and the processes involved in conducting historical studies and academic investigations. The participants were introduced to opportunities for pursuing research and academic development in the field of history.
Students who demonstrated an interest in research were invited to join the “Historian’s Workshop” club. As a result, many students subscribed to the “Orientalist Historian” and “Historian’s Workshop” Telegram channels.
In addition, an agreement was reached with the school administration to invite students to university student scientific conferences in the future, thereby encouraging their involvement in research activities and fostering their academic interests.
