Prospects for Cooperation Discussed with a Delegation from Osh State University
On October 29, 2026, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS) welcomed Joldoshbek Botonoyev, Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies at Osh State University, and Sultanbek Matnazarov, Head of the Department of Oriental Studies. The purpose of the visit was to establish and develop mutually beneficial relations.
The negotiations were attended by TSUOS Rector and Professor Saodat Nasirova, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Zuhriddin Alimov, and faculty deans Mirzohid Askarov and Samida Mustafayeva.
The visit featured friendly and constructive discussions. The parties explored opportunities for cooperation in the following key areas:
- exchanging experience in teaching Oriental languages and implementing practical educational programmes;
- conducting in-depth studies of historical manuscripts and introducing them into scholarly circulation;
- carrying out joint research and implementing collaborative academic projects.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to take their cooperation to a new level.
