Rector Meets with Young Scientists and Researchers at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies
On May 16, 2026, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies hosted a meeting between the university rector and young scientists, researchers, and talented students as part of the “Support Day for the Initiatives and Proposals of Young Scientists and Researchers.”
During the meeting, participants discussed issues related to supporting the scientific activities of young people, promoting innovative ideas, and effectively utilizing modern opportunities in the field of science.
The event also featured proposals and initiatives concerning the protection and patenting of young researchers’ scientific developments, publication requirements for international scientific journals, and the use of artificial intelligence and Big Data technologies in scientific analysis and research.
In addition, an open dialogue was held between the rector, academics, and young researchers to exchange views on supporting scientific projects, developing a mentorship system, and enhancing the scientific potential of young scholars.
The meeting served as an important platform for encouraging the initiatives of young scientists, supporting their research activities, and further strengthening the scientific environment at the university.
