TSUOS has organized Uzbek language courses at Allama Tabatabai University
On October 28, 2021, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies launched online Uzbek language courses at Allama Tabatabai University, one of the leading universities in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Rector of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies Gulchehra Rikhsieva, Rector of Allama Tabatabai University Abdullah Motamedi and President of the Institute of Culture under the Economic Cooperation Organization Sarvar Bakhti opened the event. It was noted that the joint project aims to strengthen the ties of friendship and brotherhood between the peoples, develop intercultural dialogue and provide more information about Uzbekistan to Iranian youth.
After the opening ceremony, teachers of the Department of “Iranian-Afghan Philology” Hulkar Mirzahmedova and Mirzajon Kalandarov conducted the first lesson for students of the Department of “Turkish Language and Literature” of Allama Tabatabai University.
