TSUOS Faculty Members Hold International Scientific and Practical Seminar “Common Language – Common Memory” in Türkiye
On 17 June 2026, faculty members of the Institute of Oriental Languages and Literature of the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies organized an international scientific and practical seminar entitled “Common Language – Common Memory” at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University in Türkiye.
The seminar focused on the shared linguistic and cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples, the preservation of historical memory, the advancement of research in the fields of language and literature, and the expansion of academic cooperation between higher education institutions.
Scholars from both universities delivered academic presentations and exchanged views on current research related to Turkic languages, literature, translation studies, and cultural studies.
The seminar marked another important step toward strengthening academic and scientific cooperation between the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University, while also fostering the development of joint research projects and academic exchange programs.
