TSUOS Students Became Acquainted with the Activities of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis
Members of the “Orientalist Analysts” Intellectual Club and the “Young Orientalist Diplomats” Club under the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies became closely acquainted with the activities of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In particular, during an open dialogue with Dilorom Fayziyeva, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense and Security of the Legislative Chamber, students exchanged views on the processes and stages of drafting laws, Uzbekistan’s foreign policy, parliamentary diplomacy, and the role of the Legislative Chamber (especially its committees) in conducting international relations. Members of parliament provided detailed information on these topics.
At the end of the roundtable discussion with the youth, proposals were made to organize further meetings in the future.
