International Academic Cooperation Between Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies and the University of Malaya Discussed
On April 20, 2026, faculty members of the Department of Western Languages at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, S. Saidakbarova and H. Shernazarova, along with the Head of the Department for Scientific Affairs, Khulkar Mirzakhmedova, held a meeting with Dr. Kok Su Mei, Head of the English Language Department at the University of Malaya.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the prospects for mutual academic cooperation. In particular, the following areas were discussed:
organizing online/offline classes,
publishing scientific articles,
launching joint projects.
This meeting marked an important step toward strengthening international cooperation between the two higher education institutions and further developing academic and scientific ties.
