From November 27 to 29, 2024, the “International Pilgrimage Tourism Week” was held in Bukhara.
The event featured leading Turkologists from the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, led by the university’s First Vice-Rector, Qudratulla Omonov, who presented their research and lectures.
To promote Uzbekistan as one of the world’s centers of civilization, seminars, scientific-practical conferences, and presentations were organized, focusing on the personality and contributions of Alp Er Tunga, one of the founders of Uzbek statehood, with the participation of leading Turkology experts.
