The round table “We are for the protection of women from harassment and violence!” at TSUOS
On the initiative of the TSUOS Women’s Committee, the round table conducted at the Faculty of Oriental Philology and Translation Studies on the topic “We are for the protection of women from harassment and violence!”
It was attended by employees of the Mirabad district Police department, Lieutenant T.M.Isamukhamedov, senior inspector N.Kamilova, senior lieutenant, psychologist D. Ibrahimova, making their reports.
The reports described in detail the factors causing harassment and violence, their types, the reflection of violence in family relationships and the procedure for issuing a protective order. Along with this, psychological training was conducted with the students. The speakers answered the students’ questions using the example of life events. The round table, which held in the form of a discussion was loved by the students.
